Great breakfast, location, beds and linen. Supportive staff (they even called our tour agency when they realized we were waiting for too long at the lobby). They kept our luggages for some hours until the check-in and also after the check-out. the shower works fine. The hotel offers a breakfast box for clients who wake up early for the tours (you should consider it as most of the tours start quite early in the morning, like 4/5pm, such as Laguna Humantay and the Mountain of Collors).

We booked this hotel after leaving another in the city disappointed. We could not have been happier. Hot water, great beds, breakfast was filling and provided ample options for my family as well as we used the lobby for playing cards at night. Great choice!

I liked the location, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the complimentary coca tea, it felt safe, the shower pressure and water temperature were good, loved the balcony, room service.

Nicely decorated hotel with home atmosphere. We stay at a three beds room and I like the firm mattresses
